Orders need interpretation
Product names, pack sizes, quantities and delivery notes arrive in different formats. Employees spend time clarifying and re-entering information before an order can move forward.
Private B2B ordering for independent suppliers
Grossistas gives every approved business customer a private self-service catalog with the products, sales units and commercial terms intended for them. Customers prepare clear orders online; your team receives structured requests instead of reconstructing them from calls, messages, email and spreadsheets.
Private access, customer-specific catalogs and pricing, structured orders, and managed hosting and security operations
Protect margin from administration
Product names, pack sizes, quantities and delivery notes arrive in different formats. Employees spend time clarifying and re-entering information before an order can move forward.
PDFs and spreadsheets remain in circulation after a price or assortment change. Customers cannot be certain that they are ordering from the current offer.
Repeated questions about units, available products and agreed prices take time away from customer development and higher-value service.
A manual process that feels manageable for ten customers becomes expensive and fragile when dozens or hundreds of customers order repeatedly.
One controlled channel
Grossistas is not an open marketplace. You invite approved business customers and control the catalog, pricing context and ordering information available through your account.
Organize sections, products, sales units and the ordering information your customers need.
Your offer is not exposed as a public marketplace. Access follows the supplier–customer relationship.
Customers see the catalog and price level assigned to their company.
Drafts keep product, quantity and customer context together, making checking and processing faster.
A practical return on subscription
Structured product selection reduces re-keying, product identification and back-and-forth clarification. Your team starts from a consistent order instead of rebuilding one.
Sales units, product identifiers and customer price context travel with the order, reducing ambiguity before fulfilment and invoicing.
Customers have a dedicated ordering path available outside office hours. Orders no longer depend on finding the right message thread or employee.
Hosting, routine platform updates, operational monitoring and managed delivery are included. You do not need to buy servers or hire an internal IT team.

ContactPractical questions
No. Grossistas provides private B2B workspaces. A supplier connects its own customers and controls catalog access and commercial context.
Grossistas focuses on the supplier–customer ordering channel. It does not replace certified fiscal invoicing. Imports, exports, API access and separately scoped ERP/CRM integrations connect the ordering workflow to surrounding systems.
The buying experience is designed for self-service: an approved customer sees the relevant catalog, selects products and quantities, prepares a draft and submits the order.
The supplier controls its catalog, customer relationships and commercial data. Grossistas provides the software and processing needed to deliver the service, subject to the service agreement and privacy notice.
A company counts when you invite it and while the supplier–buyer relationship remains connected, whether or not it ordered this month. Rejected or expired invitations release capacity.
Existing companies and orders remain available. Before inviting another company, you can add a prepaid pack of 25 companies for €25/month and then continue. Grossistas never increases add-on quantities without your confirmation.
Self-service setup is included at no charge. Assisted onboarding starts at €350 and complex catalog migration starts at €750 when you want expert help.
